  • The process of getting the Annual Transit Card:

Due to some problems with the card, the need for replacement might be on the table. In such cases, one needs to file for a replacement in advance. After making the request and completing the process, one may choose to get the replacement card through the mail, or they can collect it themselves as well. To collect it from the office, one needs to contact the Edenred Commuter Benefit Solutions Walk-In Center.

So, there are two options available for getting the card after filing for a replacement. Let’s have a look at both the processes-

  1. If someone wants to receive the replacement card by mail, they need to request for the replacement on the website of Edenred.
  2. If someone wants to pick it up by themselves on the same day, then they need to contact the Edenred Customer Service at the given number on the NYC website (833-584-8109). The call must be placed before 3 pm. One should visit the Walk-In Center after that. Before reaching the Edenred Commuter Benefit Solutions Walk-In Center, you have to make sure that you are carrying the following documents along with them-
  3. Driver’s license. One may carry the state non-driver’s I.D. card as well.
  4. U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card
